Fueling a Healthier Future VIRTUAL Fall Conference

This education is provided in coordination with the Wyoming Center on Aging, Wyoming Coordinating Body of ADCES and Wyoming Acedemy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Areas of focus will include The Role of the Thyroid in Diabetes, CGM Technology Update, Chronic Disease Initiatives in Wyoming and Bridging the Gap: Diabetes Education in Rural Wyoming. Registration is done at the ADCES website for $20. A Zoom link will be sent to participants upon registration.
